Returns & Quality Guarantee

At Hilt & Stone, we stand behind the quality of every product we create.

If there’s an issue with your order or you’re not satisfied with the quality of the item you received, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

If our team confirms a printing, manufacturing, or product defect, we’ll gladly send a complimentary replacement at no additional cost.

We believe in fixing problems first whenever possible and making sure every customer has a positive experience with the brand.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, items must be:

  • unworn (except for trying on)

  • unwashed

  • unaltered

  • in original condition

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds

If a replacement is not possible, or you prefer a refund instead, please let us know when contacting support.

For refunds unrelated to manufacturing defects or order errors, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for returns and refunds to be processed after the item has been received.
